We went over the punch list with Mike this morning.
One of the items needs to be finished by the tiler; another by the floor refinisher. The rest he will do himself.
In addition, he said that he wanted to do some more smoothing of a wall that hadn't been part of the renovation.
He said, "I know it is an old house but these places needed to be filled in."
How can you argue with that?
